In Central Asia, the remains of the Aral Sea still remain, almost disappeared due to disastrous Soviet water management. Ancient ports are now deserts where rusty ships rest, skeletons that evoke hauntology: the past that persists and casts its shadow over the present and the future. These vestiges, like specters of an extinct time, reveal an uncomfortable reality that many prefer to ignore. On the shore, a transparent and fragile palace, among chaotic branches, draws a possible —perhaps improbable— line of flight.
